Although the update I requested has been implemented on Firefly, it still won't download.

Although the update I requested has been implemented, I am still unable to download the result. The issue persists even after the latest changes were applied. I have tried multiple times, but the download does not complete successfully.

I would appreciate your support in resolving this issue or advising on any additional steps I should take.

    Could you see if you can download your images from your creative cloud app?
    Have a look in your generative history.

    Thank you for your response. I do know how to check the conversation history, and I can clearly see that my request was received and processed. However, the system indicates that the file was generated, yet it never actually becomes available for download as if it has simply disappeared into the void.

    I appreciate your assistance and the time you've taken to help. Hopefully, this can be escalated to someone with the authority to investigate the issue further and provide a proper solution.

    If clearing the site cookies doesn’t seem to solve your issue, please provide us with a screen-recording capturing this behavior, and we’ll be glad to investigate more.
