Can you try a hard refesh of that page? Hold the <SHIFT> key down and press refresh or reload.


If that does not work, do you have the same problem with Firefox and Safari?

Text to vector is not a premium service and is available through Creative Cloud subscriptions.

 

Your getting that prompt is a problem. It should not be happening. Please see my post above this one.

I think the problem you experienced is possibly related to this issue, so I moved your post to this thread.

 

Can you please try doing a hard reload in the browser window by pressing "<SHIFT>" while hitting the reload/refresh button in the browser?

 

If that does not work, please tell us you then OS and browser you are using and their version numbers.

Gracias por la respuesta, sin embargo tengo la misma duda en cuanto a la generación de vectores, ya que cuento con un plan de Adobe Firefly incluido en Creative, y no obstante, aparece dispobible la opción de adquirir el plan estandard. Los créditos generativos, me aparecen todos, sin problema, pero la opción de generar vectores me indica que es una función de pago (que ya poseo)

por favor, o adobe fire fly não está funcionando. já fazem 4 dias . preciso de uma solução para isso. Tenho passado horas no chat e nada é resolvido. ao acessar o aplicativo ele trava na imagem abaixo
