Can you try a hard refesh of that page? Hold the <SHIFT> key down and press refresh or reload.


If that does not work, do you have the same problem with Firefox and Safari?

A alguien le pasa que cuando le dan click va a otra pagina y queda en blanco no genera la imagen ?

Thank you for your message.  I think this thread might address the issue you are having.

Can you please try doing a hard reload in the browser window by pressing "<SHIFT>" while hitting the reload/refresh button in the browser?

 

If that does not work, please tell us you then OS and browser you are using and their version numbers and include a screen shot of the full browser window when this problem is happening.

Dafür, dass die Adobe Ceative Suite immer teurer wird, funktioniert irgendwie immer weniger in sämtlichen Programmen. Bin verärgert.

J'ai trouvé une solution pour moi qui fonctionne : " RESET de tous les firewall windows " et tout  remarche comme au premier jour.

J'espère que cela pourrra aider d'autre personne,

Bonjour,

 

Aujourd'hui dès que j'ouvre Firefly, rien ne passe, j'ia le menu en haut et le reste de la page noire. Pourtant toutes mes autres appli fonctionnent très bien, peux importe ou je clique, tant que je suis sur firefly, cela reste ainsi.

その状態はサーバーレスポンスを拾えていない状態かと思います。要因としてはセキュリティーソフトやファイアウォールにブロック、利用回線が遅延しているなどがあります。
そういった問題の影響が考えられない場合はブラウザーのストレージやキャッシュが壊れるなどの問題が生じている可能性があります。ブラウザーを別のものに変更して試すとどうでしょう?

ちなみにわたしの環境では問題なく表示されます。

nonostante il mio abbonamento e i mie crediti adobe firefly non mi genera le immagini in ai, io scrivo un prompt e si apre una pagina tutta bianca senza nulla

anche adesso ho inserito questo prompt: crea un immagine ravvicinata di un corridore visto frontalmente quando supera il nastro del traguardo 

e come potete vedere dall'allegato il risultato è una pagina completamente bianca
