Can no longer download from generated Ai Images in Fire Fly

I’m able to generate images (becuase i have credits) but out of no where it stopped downloading. I tried restarting the browser, restarting the browser, clearing my cache, logging out and logging back in, but nothing seems to work. Every time i click the download buttons on the generated image it just gets stuck on Downloading… and will never download. This started last week on April 23rd, 2026

Could you have a look in your Adobe Creative Cloud app and see if your generations are there?

press Generation History then Press View All

If you can no longer download generated AI images in Adobe Firefly, try clearing your browser cache, disabling extensions, signing out and back in, or using a different browser. Also check your subscription status and Adobe’s service status for any ongoing issues.

Thanks, good tip, but that's not a fix, its a workaround. It should work in the browser, the button isn't there just for looks. Adobe still needs to fix it.

Att man kan ladda ner filmen.när jag trycker på "ladda ner" försvinner sidan. Försökt ett per gånger, så nu alla mina krediter slut, utan att jag fick någon film :(
att filmen laddar ner när man trucker på #ladda hem” iconen.” fungerar inte i Safari och chrome

Firefly not downloading (issue has been stuck for days)
When any of the downloading buttons are pressed, it simply does not react, and does not download. this means it is hard to use the image (aside from taking a screenshot)

Could you have a look under your generation history? See if the vids are there and if they will download from that space?

Or
Check your Creative Cloud App and see if you can download them from there.
Files= Generation History

If that doesn’t work let us know, please.

While generating images in Adobe Firefly, I accidently selected resolution to 4K. The image got generated but it is not downloading. Because of this, I am not able to download other images which I generated after this image.

could you try downloading from the Generation History?
Down at the bottom of the page: Generation history then View all
