Can no longer download from generated Ai Images in Fire Fly

I’m able to generate images (becuase i have credits) but out of no where it stopped downloading. I tried restarting the browser, restarting the browser, clearing my cache, logging out and logging back in, but nothing seems to work. Every time i click the download buttons on the generated image it just gets stuck on Downloading… and will never download. This started last week on April 23rd, 2026

    Could you have a look in your Adobe Creative Cloud app and see if your generations are there?

    at the bottom of the main page
    press Generation History then Press View All

    I am unable to download the generated images on Adobe firefly from a past few days, need help. It is showing dounloading but isn’t downloading.

    ultimamente os downloads das imagens têm demorado muito. A gente clica sobre a imagem e diz que está baixando, mas não baixa.
    Precisa melhorar isso.

    When I get this error, I clear the site cookies and it fixes the problem. It's a Firefly bug.

    I can't download the images I created in Adobe Firefly. It suddenly stopped working. I produced approximately 30 images. I was able to download all of them, but suddenly it stopped working and now it just says "Downloading...".I can't understand what happened all of a sudden.

    I cannot save images. The only way I can save is to copy and paste into a message to send to myself. It also does not let me edit and save.
    I can crate, but not save. I can edit, but not save. I have to copy image, paste into a message and send it to myself in order to save it.

    Generative Fill, android, mobile view. Click download on recent edit and nothing happens. Switch to desktop view and t works.

    Could you go down to your generation history and see if you can download it from there?

    Firefly is soooooooo slow and I can't download my designs from the button on the top right of image!!!

    I can only download the generated images from the generation history, but not directly from the generate page.

    Downloading option: Go into your Creative Cloud app Files= Generation history
     

    or
    scroll down the main page to Generation history (easiest)
    Press Generation history then view all


     

    Could you please reply with the following information:
    An example of the image & prompt that you are using would help.

    • A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

    • What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

    • A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.


    Are you getting error messages? If yes, what are they?
