Confused about reset dates

I started a Firefly Standard account on Dec 4th 2025, then to increase the amount of Gen credits I added a Pro account on Dec 22nd.

When I check my remaining credits (which is a pain in itself because it always says “unable to load selection” and I have to go to my avatar etc repeatedly going in circles until I finally get the balance of my credits) anyway I've got two accounts but only see one reset date which is the 10th of each month -one of them did reset yesterday the 10th of Feb and it now says the next one is the 19th, presumably the Pro account.

I read the date should be on the date you started the account, so anyone tell me why mine isn't and also is there anyway to see info separately for each Firefly account ?

Thanks in advance fellow pixel peepers.

    Hi @jimo1951,

If you have more than one plan that gives Generative credits, you receive the credits for that plan on the anniversary date of that plan, not the anniversary date of your account creation.  On the anniversary date for a plan, any remaining credits for that plan for that month are expired and a new set of credits for that plan are added to your account.

Unfortunately, there is no way to see a detailed accounting of this so it is hard to track.

Thanks for the info droopy. Now that's cleared up I can move on to the next mystery - Is the introduction of AI tools the reason for Photoshop lock-ups, slowdowns and generally poor performance in the last few months despite upgrading my PCs gpu - RTX3060TI  to RTX5060TI,  memory to 32Gig both with a Intel i5 12400 cpu.

    Hi @jimo1951,

I am not an expert on Photoshop performance issues, so I am not sure. I recommend you ask in the Photoshop forum.
