The image you shared doesn’t appear to have any issues that would cause it to be rejected, I tested it and was able to generate successfully.
Could you please share the exact error message you receive when you try to use it, and let us know how you’re attempting to use the image (e.g., creating an image, video, etc.)? That will help us guide you more effectively.


As a quick workaround, you might also try converting the image to another format (for example, WEBP) and uploading it again.

“Common issues affecting the technical quality of an image include exposure problems, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts, and noise” 

 

This is a reason for rejection.

I’m not familiar with this error and haven’t seen it occur in Firefly before. Could you please share a screenshot of the error while using the image? That will allow me to refer the matter to our product team for further investigation.
