if ues parter model to generate image is always shows “something went wrong”
Of course, it has succeeded before, but it hasn't been able to be used recently.

First off, thanks for all the details you've provided so far, and apologies that you're both still dealing with this. I know the standard troubleshooting steps haven't helped here, especially since it's happening across different browsers and specifically with the partner models.

I want to make sure we get this properly looked into by our engineering team. If you are both still running into this "Something went wrong" or HTTP 408 error today, could you do me a favor and pull some logs for us?

You can find the quick steps on how to grab those logs right here.

Once you have them, please send them over to me via a direct message (DM) rather than posting them publicly in this thread. Having those logs will really help us dig into exactly what's failing on the backend so we can get this sorted for you.

Have you tried to clear your cache?
Have you logged out of your Creative Cloud app and then log back in? This has helped me.

Just want to make sure...Do you have enough credits?

Have you tried another browser? Does this happen only with Gemini?

Could you try logging out of your Creative Cloud app and then log back in? This has helped me with other issues before.

All partner models (such as, GPT, Gemini….) failed to generate images,

chrome, edge, and mobile app also can’t,

but only adobe model can generate image…..

I used to be able to generate images normally, but recently I've been encountering errors, why?
