Firefly credits are not showing in the account

Why is my credits not restarting? I says I have 1000 credits. But it keeps saying I have no credits. What is happening?

Hi @Victor5FE3,

 

Those 2000 credits are for the non-premium Adobe Firefly services which include:

  • Firefly web: text to image, generative fill
  • Photoshop: generative fill
  • Illustrator: text to vector
  • Adobe Express: text effects, generative fill

Note, not an exhaustive list.

I had the same confusion when I first used Adobe Firefly. The credit system can be a bit unclear at first. From what I understand, the 2000 credits are mainly for things like text-to-image, generative fill, and other non-premium features. Video generation seems to require the premium Firefly plan. Hopefully Adobe makes this clearer in the dashboard because a lot of users get confused about it.

Hi Hena654,

I’d like to clarify one point: the Firefly Standard plan (2,000 credits) does include access to Premium features like Text to Video, using generative credits. Those credits can be applied toward Premium features.

    Thank you for your message. 

    Are your trying to generate Firefly Video?  If so, that requires an additional Firefly premium plan. Please see: P: Plan error in generating video

     

    If you are not trying to generate video, can you please show us a screen shot of the browser window with the error.

    Hi,

    I don't understand, Adobe says I have 2000 credits. So those credits are not for Firefly video?
    What is the 2000 credits for?
