Firefly Generative Credits 1,000 and it wants more to download?

I had 1,000 credits - I did a little graphic in Firefly, and now it says 997/1000. That seems fair. You took three credits, and now I want to download it. Only it wants me to sign up for more of a plan. Why? I have 997 credits and should be able to use those before committing to more. And in that case, how many credits did you need to download the basic graphic? I spent three credits to make it.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

That is not normal if you are logged into an account with credits.  Try logging out and back in again, and see if that fixes the problem.
