We understand how frustrating this experience can be. In this case, what you’re encountering isn’t related to Firefly’s model quality or performance, but rather how content involving children or minors is handled during generation.
 

Firefly applies additional safety protections whenever children are involved (in both prompt and reference images), even in non-sensitive or everyday scenarios (such as a parent and child gathering). These safeguards are designed to prevent any potential misuse and are applied consistently across all inputs, regardless of their source.
 

Because of this, some prompts or generations that include adults and children together may be flagged or restricted, even when the intent is completely harmless. This behavior has been discussed in more detail in this thread.
 

If you’d like to continue working on your concept, you may need to slightly adjust the prompt to avoid direct references to minors, or use the model’s recommended in that thread.
 

We appreciate your understanding, these measures are in place to ensure the technology is used safely and responsibly.

Unfortunately, credits are the cost of each generation, so they can’t be refunded for unwanted outcomes.
