I bought the 2000 Standard credit pack for work, but after a few background fills, I’m down to 1310. It’s taking almost 40 credits per photo, which is wrong. Please fix this error so it doesn't happen again and refund my missing credits.

    Here’s a breakdown to your credit usage according to each model you used for your generation:

    • Gemini 3.1 (w/ Nano Banana 2): Costs 40 credits per generation > (18) * 40 = 720 credits used
    • Gemini 3 (w/ Nano Banana Pro): Costs 40 credits per generation >  (2) * 40 = 80 credits used
    • Firefly Image 5 (Preview): Costs 10 credits per generation > (6) * 10 = 60 credits used

    In total, 26 generations cost you 720 + 80 + 60 = 860 credits, leaving your balance at 2000 – 860 = 1140 credits.

    I used the 2000 Standard pack for white backgrounds and color corrections. Even when switching between Firefly models, it's charging 40 credits per click. I can provide my history to prove I haven't made enough images to justify this drain. Please fix this and refund my credits.

    NinoFotos the only way I can assist is if you provide the number of generations you made and the models you selected for each one.

    Alternatively, you can share the public link for each generation, and I’ll review them to calculate the total credits deducted and check if there’s an issue on our side that needs to be escalated.
