Moin,ich versuche Mal wieder ein Video aus einem Bild zu geneieren. Leider passiert wie oben beschrieben nichts, abgesehen davon, dass meine Credits abgebucht werden. Nach ca. einer halben Stund bricht Firefly ab und ich bin wieder am Ausgangspunkt. Ohne Video, aber 150 Credits ärmer.Pika 2.2, 720p, Quadratisch, 5 Sekunden. Mac OS 26.2, Safari, Mac Mini M4

Firefly image 4 can not create composition (a few products together) with a shadows on the right sideon every image I can get only shadows on the left  

The project is still there on Firefly, the video didn’t get generated but the credits were deducted. It makes no sense, if the video couldn’t get generated due to any reason, the reason should be specified and the credits shouldn’t get deducted

When trying to generated my video using Pika in Firefly, it started to do the generation but it was taking over 5 minutes plus and kept stopping without generating my final video. There are no video created yet I was docked the generative credits without a final product.

Firefly is not listening to my prompts and creating the same image over and over...even when I state (over and over) what I want and what I don’t want, it keeps generating the exact same image and I'm wasting tokens. This is SUPER frustrating 

Ich frage mich, wie die uns zur Verfügung stehenden Credits bzw. Token berechnet werden. In meinem Fall zum Beispiel war es gerade so, dass ich fünf gelungene Videogenerierungen hatte, die eigentlich so etwas wie 700 Credits verbraucht hätten. Zwischendurch gab es einige Fehlversuche, bei denen es jeweils eine Fehlermeldung gab, dass es derzeit nicht möglich sei, den Clip zu generieren, und der jeweilige Versuch dann abgebrochen wurde.  Abgezogen für meine fünf Clips in diesem Monat wurden mir letztlich 1300 Credits zu viel, was ich so eigentlich nicht okay finde. Wäre es möglich, diese Credits wieder zurückgebucht zu bekommen? 

What happened to unlimited generations till 15th of March? Now, every generation is taking out my credits?

I have subscribed to adobe as there offer of a few months subscription with unlimited generations seemed really good. However, it has now stopped me from using it after half way through its promotion phase. Ive heard of buying something for half price but not paying the full price for half the item. Seems quite poor and cannot seem to find any help other than posting on a forum…  Is there anyone i can email?

Firefly only generates videos 5 sends long I can;t see how to make 20 second videos

sur adobe fire fly j’ai demandé au prompt de me généré des gouttes d’eau reprenant celle dejà présente sur le sujet. et à plusieurs reprise, il se contente de créé des aplat de couleur ou de texture, ce n’est pas la première fois et pour différente demandes.

I made a series of images as a step by step workflow on Firefly boards. The next time I refreshed the board all the workflow images were not there but still in the generation history. 

Wenn man in Firefly ein Referenzbild hochlädt, sieht das generierte Bild exakt wie das Referenzbild aus, auch wenn der Prompt deutlich verändert wurde (Bett statt Krankenwagen zum Beispiel)

Hi Community,With regards to using Firefly within Illustrator - my understanding is that all generative outputs (using only Firefly models, not 3rd parties eg Nano Banana), can be used commercially for client projects (ie on packaging, clothing/merch, communication {print, billboard, video}, etc). No outputs contain any Beta labels - only Firefly 3 & 4 have been used.Would this understanding be correct?Many thanks in advance!

We have firefly credits and access however when we try and generate or use it, it comes back to an admin issue and for us to contact our admin. Our admin says this is an Adobe issue

Hi there.In Illustrator, for a recent project I’ve been working on, I have generated a number of vector characters using the built-in Generative feature - all in the same document. I’m 99% confident I have only used the Firefly engines (to be commercially safe) - however is there a way to check this?It seems the more recent generations show which engine was used, as well as the original prompt (in the Generative Object Properties panel), though older objects don't show anything in the same Properties panel (just the blue & white spark icon above the image). I just want to be sure of the commercially-safe nature of the outputs, and want to check I didn’t accidentally use one of the partner models (though I doubt I did).Many thanks in advance.

quit suppressing the way I use the software I pay for just cause you don’t like it. or else I will end my subscriptions as well as the rest of my teams.

When I joined, it insisted I create a name for myself, which is different from my account, and I mistyped it, and I can’t find any way to fix it. This is silly.

I signed up for Firefly bc I saw the unlimited generation through march 16th promotion, yet when i try to generate anything on the firefly app it says i dont have enough credits. wth?

I have uploaded an image that I created in illustrator. given a prompt to modify image and continually receive the prompt noted in the bug description.

Hello Adobe Firefly Team,I’ve been actively using Firefly Board for concept development and visual ideation, and I’ve run into a limitation that significantly affects workflow efficiency.Currently, Firefly Board does not include a built-in Elements panel (such as icons, shapes, design assets, backgrounds, and vector graphics) similar to what is available in Adobe Express.This creates friction because: Users must leave Firefly to source icons, shapes, or backgrounds. There’s no quick way to build structured layouts. Concept boards remain image-based rather than design-ready. Rapid prototyping is limited compared to Express. It would be extremely valuable if Firefly Board included:• A searchable Elements library• Built-in vector shapes (arrows, frames, callouts, containers)• Icons and UI symbols• Background textures and gradients• Drag-and-drop design assets• Editable vector elementsThis would allow Firefly Board to function not only as an ideation space, but as a full concept-to-d

credits not being applied to generations 

I set the output to Square, but my Start and/or End frame are still expecting a landscape dimension.  Do I really need to crop or expand my precise and precious image to some unwanted start or end reference frame size ? This is giving me a headache…
