Image to video landing page not responding to anything 

Firefly’s upscale is unusable. Anything with text in it turns into a mush, with extra lines and connections added to text that aren’t even there in the original. This is like generating from a year ago on other platforms. Considering how much we pay for adobe they should at lest be keeping up. 

Credits were generated when I pressed Generate and were NOT restored when no image was produced on three occasions today. On the final attempt, the system returned an image that was complete GARBAGE because it did not make changes requested to the previous image (because “something went wrong”). VERY disappointed with this tool. Please return my 80 credits. Thanks.

I need credits back for this afternoon.  Nothing is useavle for the interior photos I tried to generate, only the exterior photo. 

I’m building a super cinematic superhero tale. Action, suspense. All very much like low PG-rated...Honestly, my 6 year old could watch this. I am constantly receiving this monkey graphic with a shrug and an indecipherable message that it couldn’t load my generation and tells me to edit the prompt and try again. But it gives me no direction or information so I have no clue what about the prompt is generating the area. I’ve been doing this a while, so I’m pretty meticulous about my prompts. I color within the lines best I know how. I am asking for nothing offensive or unseemly. It appears that scenes involving my unconscious FEMALE superhero is incredibly difficult to generate. She’s injured and unconscious and a man is attempting to rescue her. But the mere mention of her being unconscious hinders the process. The text to video feature just tells me it can’t do anything I ask it to, no matter how simple the task.I gave it a cartoon character and said, Animate it. It told me it couldnt.

My wife’s uncle passed and I have an image of him holding a beer. All I want is him to lift the hand holding the beer slightly in a parting gesture.  Firefly will have hime put down that beer grab another, change hands at times, etc.

Yesterday I checked my Firefly credits and had over 900 left, but when I opened it today, it suddenly dropped to 0. I also checked my history and everything looks normal—there are no extra projects. I was wondering if this might be a bug？

får en varningssyymbol när jag genererar bilder i frirefly boards och när jag försöker skala upp dem. Jag har kvar krediter så det är inte ett problem. jag har fiber internet uppkoppling och den fungerar bra.

image expend function failure: imported image and chose desired frame option but the frame is not updated, expand button is disabled (in grey) and no error messagei still have >1000 credits

 It throws a lot of errors when generating images—specifically, "An error occurred; please try again later." The photo download function is bugged; I click the download button, but nothing happens, and this keeps happening. 

Firefly not working First says Server down, since 2 hours it says something went wrong try again later. Couldn#t create one single image today!!!!! No difference in the model besides firefly. firefly model works but produces [redacted by moderator] images. very annoying. yesterday  I produced images (with other models) it was working but I  always got hte mesasge that it couldnt be saved to the ´history. Firefly sucks. 

Я придбала пакет Adobe Firefly Standart 24 червня 2026 року номер замовлення AE05946400288CUA. Отримала підтверджувальний лист на пошту, активувала акаунт. Мені відкрилась програма. Я почала генерувати перше зображення, але воно так і не згенерувалось, на екрані я побачила Сталася помилка, спробуйте пізніше.  

This happened too many times and used up my credits, hope Adobe can look into this else as a user feel unfair

trying to make a video on firefly and it saying something went wrong, and it keeps using my credits

Firefly keeps stating that my graphic illustration of a Graffiti teddy bear violates the Adobe user guidelines and I don't see how. I am unable to generate my video with my original work because Adobe won't be specific with the issue or offer a way to contact someone to fix my issue. I would like someone to help me figure this out and see how maybe Adobe can loosen up their grip a little when it comes to thier gaurds. A teddy bear with stitches and graffiti art is not animal cruelty if that's what they are going for with my image. lol

Hey everyone,I’m hoping to get some clarity here—and maybe see if others are having the same experience.I’ve been using Firefly and have been really disappointed to learn that every generative attempt, even the ones that completely miss the prompt, are still deducted from my monthly credits. I’m talking about outputs that are unusable or totally off-base—yet they still cost me credits like they were successful.Is this how it’s supposed to work? Are we all basically paying for misfires? If so, is there any kind ofrecourse for credits lost due to bad generations? It feels like we’re being charged for the platform’s errors, and I can’t be the only one who finds that frustrating. Ando testeando la generación de video con firefly video que está gratis hasta el 1/12/2015Me cuesta pensar en que el sistema de pago para generar videos e imágenes sea por créditos, cuando la IA no toma bien el prompt y no genera lo que se quiere. Incluso me dije, ha de ser que escribo prompts como la verga, y me fui a Gemini, le dije que me hiciera el prompt para que un generados de videos con IA lo entendiese y realizara lo que quería y tampoco me resultó, también intenté hacerlo en inglés para ver si es que la IA es bien gringuita y no entiende mexicano del sur. Capaz es que esta fase de servicio gratis es para que los clientes le enseñen a la misma IA para que se eduque en el proceso. Pero de no ser así, no puede ser un sistema pago de tokens, ya que me gastaría todos mis créditos generando un solo video. Dejo una imagen de todos los intentos que he hecho para un solo video y no me logra dar lo que quiero.

I used 140 credits on 8 images (two of which where 10 credits) - no video this month, however, my credits went from 3,860 to exactly zero instantly when I tried to create a new asset.  

The photo that I uploaded is an outdoor shot of a historical roadside plaque. I instructed Firefly to remove the background and improve the quality of the plaque. The photo I uploaded completely vanished, and 40 credits were removed from my account. I want a credit for work that was NOT performed!

Although the update I requested has been implemented, I am still unable to download the result. The issue persists even after the latest changes were applied. I have tried multiple times, but the download does not complete successfully.I would appreciate your support in resolving this issue or advising on any additional steps I should take.Thank you.
