When uploading a caricature of a person, it is throwing error "We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another image and try again." I created a caricature of a person using AI and now trying to animate it. But it is giving error and not generating anything.

Hi Adobe Team,I am reporting a recurring issue with the video generation tool. For the second time today, I have been charged credits for a video that failed to generate.In both instances, the system encountered an error during the process. The credits were deducted immediately, but no video was produced. This is now a persistent problem that is depleting my credit balance without providing any results.Issue Summary: Occurrence: Twice today (January 28, 2026). Problem: System error during generation; credits taken but no output. Request: I would like a refund for the lost credits and a fix for this stability issue. I have attached a screenshot of the error/interface for your reference. Please look into this as soon as possible.Best regards. 

Veo 3.1/3.0 video generation fails 100% of the time when using keyframe modes (first frame/last frame/both). System consumes credits, loads for ~2 minutes, then shows generic error without specific message. Credits are NOT refunded. Issue reproducible across browsers, image formats, and prompts. Text-to-video (no keyframes) works correctly. Requesting urgent fix, credit refund, and ETA for resolution.

I subscribed annually but he says I have no credits I expected a professional product but instead this program works badly because it doesn't go as it should!

I think when asking for African American  or Christ religious pictures these generative are designed not to provide without much fanfare.  I asked for a woman to be changed to African American as I am African American and I get a Chinese woman -man for a Christian blog. I spent a lot of credits and nothing I can use. Anti-black, anti-Christ, and anti-English

How to do I extend the 5 second video to a longer video  using the remaining lines of my poem to continue the song using the same voice and music?

Firefly hat unter anderem diese Illustration angefertigt. Wenn ich es animieren lassen möchte, kommt eine MEldung, dass es gegen die Nutzungsbedingungen verstößt. Estoy teniendo un problema con Adobe Firefly.Al generar videos, la plataforma descontó créditos de mi suscripción mensual, pero no entregó los resultados correctamente.En varios intentos aparece un mensaje de error y los videos no se generan.En el último caso, el archivo que se entregó no tiene ninguna animación, aunque los créditos sí fueron consumidos.Solicito por favor la revisión de estos cargos, la restitución de los créditos utilizados o una solución para poder generar correctamente los videos.Quedo atenta a su respuesta.Gracias. 

Input a prompt get something different. it ignores donts or do nots, remakes the same video and then takes the credits. i wouldnt mind if trying to fix the error didnt also cost credits but when it does it wrong and nothing you do fixes it. theres an issue. Heres my prompt ive tried a few versionsA static tableau of children holding hands in a perfect circle on a cobblestone village street. I would like to report an issue with the Adobe FireFly software. I am trying to use the Generate – Generate Speech feature. Any attempt to generate speech from text results in the message: “You do not have access to this feature. Please contact your administrator to request access."

Hi,Creative Cloud Pro user here, looking for assurance I'm using Firefly correctly for commercial use.I want Firefly to generate reference images for us, to use to create new illustrations for a client (who will print our designs on t-shirts and packaging).In this instance, Firefly is only being used for references - we are redrawing and adding to the end products (ie creating derivative - and original - work).Is this type of usage within the commercial allowances?And we are not using any Beta models for this purpose, only the Firefly model on the website. Many thanks in advance!
