Я хочу покращити якість відео. Починається процес апскейлу, за якийсь час вибиває помилку "We couldn't generate your content. Please try again later." і знімаються кредити за не виконану генерацію. Чому знімаються кредити і чому виникає ця помилка?

:Aún el día de ayer tenía alrededor de 3,600 crédito hace apenas un par de horas, sin embargo al intentar utilizar nuevamente el generador me indica que ya no tengo créditos

i am facing couple of issues 1. My id is not showing the option of seedance 1.5 unlimited 2. it is taking lot for time to generate clips 3. sometimes auto log off in the middle of something 4. sometime generations of video closed with some error message 

i purchased it today and icant use any of the generation why? 

Hi, this Firefly AI isn’t worth anything. I have 4000 credits on my account. Today I lost 600 credits on nothing. After 5 attempts to make this clip I uploaded somewhat modified, all 5 attempts were exactly the same. I prompted it clearly. Several times. After 5 attempts it gave me exactly the same thing as at 1st attempt. So, who’s fooling who here?! So, I lost my credits. Adobe should refund those credits because I got nothing out of it.

I am receiving the following message when trying to generate images:"For security reasons, we limit too many generations in a short amount of time.Please try again later."I understand there may be generation limits, but I would like to report that this restriction is preventing me from using the service normally for days. Please review my account and let me know how long I need to wait or whether there is an issue with my account.

I would give you screen grabs but I can’t find what I was trying to create. I did a total of 8 similar videos but none of them came out right with the text that was needed. It couldn’t spell the word “Referral” at all and spelled the word “Valley” wrong (Valey). Sometimes it would ignore my prompted quotation marks for certain words but when I used them in prompting a number, the quotation marks showed up. This whole process wasted at least an hour of my time in repeat or modified prompting and it still never got it right for a pretty simple video. The video itself worked very well but the text application was a huge fail. Not the first time I have seen Firefly mess up text. an extremely weak point. Luckily I have Adobe Premiere and can add my text in there although I shouldn’t have to.

Hi,I’m running into a recurring issue and would really appreciate your help.Whenever I try to generate an video, I get an error message — and no videois produced — yet credits are still being deducted from my account.This means I’m being charged for failed attempts that never generate any output, which obviously shouldn’t happen.Could you please look into this, restore the credits that were wrongly deducted, and fix the bug so the system stops charging for failed generations?Thank you in advance. 🙏

I’ve been trying to generate a video of sands through an hourglass in a static exam room setting. The bot kept ignoring my direction not to pan the camera. I tried starting over, using my reference image of the hourglass in an exam room and prompted to use my exact reference image, but the bot kept putting a different hourglass in a tabletop setting. This is terrible and I want my credits back! 

Hello,Adobe Firefly displays the error message “Something went wrong. Please try again later” every time I attempt to generate an image.I still have generative credits available. I have tried using Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, selected different models, and removed all reference images. However, the problem persists.Could you please check whether there is an issue with my account or the image generation service?Thank you for your assistance.

However, I haven't been able to find any official information about a 24-hour unlimited generation plan or promotion on Adobe's website.I'd like to clarify a few things: Has Adobe ever offered a 24-hour unlimited AI video generation promotion, trial, or temporary access program? Could this be a limited-time promotion, an account-specific benefit, or access to a beta or experimental feature? If no such offer officially exists, could this have been an unintended entitlement or a technical issue? Is there an official page or announcement where I can find more information about this type of access? I'd especially appreciate it if an Adobe employee or Community Expert could clarify whether this is an official Adobe offer.I'm not
