hallo, ich kann im moment keine videos generieren, habe aber noch credits. was kann ich hier tun?

What type of subscription do you have?

 

If you are on an enterprise plan, your enterprise plan has to have Adobe Video on the plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. If Firefly video is not on your enterprise plan, they can contact your organisation's Adobe account representative to enquire about adding it.

 

If you are on a personal plan, Adobe Firefly video is a premium service which requires a separate Firefly premium plan. For more information, please see the pinned reply in this post: P: Plan error in generating video.

 

If you have purchased a premium Firefly subscription or you have access to Firefly premium services on an enterprise plan, please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) with the error showing, and tell us your operating system and browser along with the version numbers.

Can you please tell me what error you are getting? Please include a screenshot of the full browser window including your avatar in the upper right corner. When you click on your avatar, you should see how many credits are remaining and what your monthly alotment is:

What are these numbers for you?

Hi @droopydog500  sorry for late reply, as I am traveling with my iPad currently and firefly video beta worked for a while . Now I have the same problem again and still 1700 credit's left . Would be great to be able to keep a workflow ! Thanks a lot pilocka

Hi @Pilocka,

 

Can you please show an image or screen recording of what is going wrong? If you were using reference images or keyframes, please upload those as well. Please tell us the prompt you were using. And finally, please also tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

 

Can you also try using another browser as a test and see if it works?

I have Adobe Firefly Pro and made 42 of 70 5sec long videos. should work!

What could be the problem here?
