Thank you so much for taking the time to generate and send over the log file! We really appreciate your help in troubleshooting this issue.
 

We took a look at the file, but it appears that it only captured background activity from a Google widget, rather than the Adobe Firefly error. 

To help us figure out exactly what is causing your error, we will need a new log file that captures the Adobe Firefly page in action.

Could you please try recording the log one more time using the steps from this article.
If you can send that new file over to us, we will dive right back into it and figure out what is going wrong.
