P: Firefly Video access issues with organisations on Enterprise or Teams plans

I'm trying to use firefly video generator, but it's not allowing me. Saying the following (see screenshot)

(translated from Dutch):

''You have no access to this funtion
You can contact your provider to ask for permission.''

Is this a bug, or is the feature legitimately locked for me for some reason?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi @173fuel,

Firefly video is currently not available on any educational enterprise plan. Adobe has not announced when or if that will change in the future.

Hallo, ich habe eine Mail bekommen, dass ich nun auch Videos in Firefly erstellen kann. Leider bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung, wenn ich das versuche und muss mich an den Admin wenden (ich bin Admin).

Our org is having the same issue.  Enterprise license but get the "You don't have access to this feature" dog pic.

Hello @BrandenLee87,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

We are still trying to get clarification here. The enterprise admin documentation does not seem to cover provisioning for this (that I can see). I am not an enterprise admin so I cannot check. Hopefully we will get an answer soon.

Thanks,

I'm trying to turn an image into video on firefly and I get a sad dog icon that say "You don't have access to this feature You can contact your admin to request access." I'm on my main adobe account in Beta Mode. not really understanding what I have to do.

looks like generated to video has been rolled out in the Netherlands today, probably a lot of 'Surfspot' accounts are having problems with this

Thanks for the quick response, with the same account I did have early access to Firefly in the Photoshop beta. There is no administrator, but my subscription runs through an organization for colleges, since I am a teacher. Too bad I would have liked to test it.
I am afraid that it will go wrong because the new system works with 'credits'. (But that would mean that no one (who teaches) can get access.

Dear Adobe,

Today I received an email that I have access to the beta version - Generate video;

We’ve got great news — Generate Video (beta) is now available. Powered by the Adobe Firefly Video Model, Generate Video (beta) lets you generate new, commercially safe video clips with the ease of creative AI. Quickly communicate your creative intent, create b-roll to fill gaps, add new elements to a shot, and so much more.

Unfortunately, I get an error message when I try to test this feature;

You do not have access to this feature
You can contact your administrator to request access.

Hopefully there is a solution for this so that I can start testing the beta?

Many thanks,
Olivier Otten

Hello @o23558316n6c8,

We don't have a definitive answer on this yet, but if you are an Enterprise or Teams customer, your admin might have to specifically authorise video for your account. The enterprise documentation does not say this, but based on the number of enterprise customers raising this issue, I think that is the case. We should know for sure in the next day.

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I am experiencing with accessing the Image/Text to Video feature in the beta version. I received an email stating that I should have access to this feature, but I am currently unable to use it.

I’ve tried logging out and back in, and I’ve confirmed that I am using the correct account associated with the beta access. However, I still cannot access the feature.

Could you please assist in resolving this access issue? Any help or additional instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Hello @Sicad777,

I think your local administrator might have to authorise this. It is not clear in the documentation but others seem to have a similar problem.
