P: Firefly Video access issues with organisations on Enterprise or Teams plans

I'm trying to use firefly video generator, but it's not allowing me. Saying the following (see screenshot)

(translated from Dutch):

''You have no access to this funtion
You can contact your provider to ask for permission.''

Is this a bug, or is the feature legitimately locked for me for some reason?

Hi @173fuel,

Firefly video is currently not available on any educational enterprise plan. Adobe has not announced when or if that will change in the future.

UPDATE (as of Feb 13)

I have asked Adobe for some clarification on this and they have told me the following:

Text to video and image to video are not available for EDU enterprise plans at this time. Apologies to those of you on EDU plans who received email saying you could now access the Firefly video beta.

For all other enterprise plans, if the enterprise has purchased a plan that includes audio and video generation the enterprise administrator will see that module as being available. If an Enterprise does not have that feature include, they can contact sales for an upgrade to their plan.

If you are a user on an enterprise plan, please contact your enterprise administrator. For information on how to contact your organisation's Adobe administrator, please see: How do I contact my Adobe administrator?

Have you asked them why their greed has no boundaries or common sense by introducing a beta feature and then having the gall to tell users to pay after generating two unusable test videos?

Hello,

I've tried to use image to video and text to image, but every time I try to generate a prompt I get a grey box with an excalmation mark and it doesn't generate any video.

I wasn't sure if this was because the system is currently overloaded, or if there is may be a problem my end?

Had email from Adobe saying you're in to test beta of Firefly video generation, but firely site says...

'You don't have access to this feature' 'Contact your admin to access'

Have tried signing out and back in but same result. Does it mean my company admin/IT are blocking this - other firefly tools working.

I got an email saying I have access to textto video but when generating a prompt the system is telling me I do not have access?

Are you using a personal creative cloud plan or one from a company/school/organisation (an enterprise or teams plan)?

I received an email stating that Generate Video (beta) is now available for me. i logged into adobe firefly and when i clicked the generate button it says - You do not have access to this feature.
