P: Servers Temporarily Overloaded/Servers Melting

For the last two days everytime I try to generate images it says the servers are down. Is this issue being looked into already?

It appears there might be an issue with Nano Banana. This has been reported to the product team. There is no time estimate yet.

Sistema está sobrecarregado e não gera imagens há mais de uma hora. Preciso trabalhar e tenho prazo. Eu pago o app para não ter esse tipo de problema.

Have you attempted

- to open a new tab

- tried a different browser

- cleared cache
- something i do turn my computer off and on. (it sometimes helps.)

No permite generar imágenes o videos, desde anoche, cuando intento generar una imagen o un video, el sistema informa que los equipos están sobre calentados, que hay muchos usuarios y no permite generar la imagen o el video.

Yo siento que es porque ya generé algunos videos, que ya no me permite generar más.
Aún así haya cambiado la membresía, siento que es una excusa para no permitirme generar más videos, siento que así se pague una membresía, ustedes tienen un límite de imágenes o videos..

Sinceramente, esto no me paso en ninguna otra plataforma para generar imagenes con IA.
esta demorando todo mi trabajo y me perjudica notablemente frente a mis clientes.
espero por favor que lo solucionen en cuanto antes y puedan compensarme por los daños ocacionados.

We need additional information to understand what is happening. Can you please reply with the following information:

A screen shot of the whole browser (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
A copy of the keyframe(s), reference images or video you were using (if any), or image you were using in generative fill.

Could you provide an example of your prompt(s)?

Przez cały dzień 15.01.2026 nie działa generowanie obrazu przez co nie mogłam wykonać dzisiaj pracy. Pomimo że mam opłacony pakiet pro nie powbiera mi żadnych kredytów i ciągle są przeciążone serwery. Do dnia dzisiejszego mogłam korzystać z funkcji generatywnych premium bez ograniczeń i dzisiaj kiedy musiałam wydać projekt musiałam przejść na inną platformę czuję się oszukana że przez ten jeden dzień kiedy musiałam wydać projekt nie mogłam korzystać z generacji obrazów. Mam nadzieję że jakos mi to wynagrodzicie bo nie wiem czy opłaca się korzystać z generacji obrazów na waszej platformie skoro jest to wszystko nie stabilne i w ważnej chwili serwery są ptrzeciążone.

Hi, it have only said "Sorry, our servers are melting right now." for HOURS now. We cant use the app and have waited so long. This is not okay and we demand a free month. We will legally take this to court if not.

Bonjour,

Je ne peux plus générer d'images à partir d'une image de référence en ayant recours à nano banano pro, ni à toute autre modèle, sur Firefly.

À chaque fois, cela m'indique "nos serveurs sont en surchauffe" ou un "problème est survenu".
Je suis sur Mac OS, le problème peut-il être résolu ou dois-je résilier mon abonnement ?

The full prompt you were using
Consider opening a new tab and starting fresh.
Deleting unwanted images from generation history.
there are times of the day that are busier than others
my personal favourite turning my computer off and on again. (it sometimes helps)
