Partner Models Not Working for 2 Days – Is This a Known Issue or Account Restriction?

I am experiencing an issue with Partner Models in Adobe Firefly and would appreciate your assistance.
For the past two days, all Partner Models have been unavailable on my account, while the native Firefly models continue to work normally. Since a significant part of my workflow depends on these Partner Models, this issue is having a direct impact on my productivity and client project deliveries.
I currently have available credits that I am unable to utilize for the features included in my subscription, which has considerably slowed down my work. I initially assumed this might be a temporary service issue and waited for it to be resolved, but the problem persists.
Could you please clarify the following:
• Is this a known issue affecting Adobe Firefly Partner Models?
• Is there an estimated timeline for resolution?
• Is my account affected by any restrictions, eligibility requirements, or regional limitations?
• Are there any troubleshooting steps I can take on my side?
As a paying subscriber who relies on these tools for professional client work, I would appreciate a clear update regarding the status of Partner Models and whether their functionality will be restored.
