problem generating a video using a firefly created image

I’m having problems creating an video from an image that i manipulted in Firefly. I keep getting the response

‘Can’t load - We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another image and try again.’

The image was partly created in firefly and is an image i took in the office i work in. I can’t see any reason why i can’t use the image. I’ve also changed the video prompt and that still didn’t make any difference. I have tried with a different image and it worked but not the image i wish to turn into a video.

    Correct answer steveoodle

@Hajar Toutsi using a different model worked even though the results weren’t the greatest. I’ll continue to play around with different models see if i can get better results.

    Thank you

    Hi steveoodle,
Thanks for reaching out about this.

When you see the error “We cannot display the generated video. You can edit it and try again.” it usually means that your prompt or reference image contains something that doesn’t align with the AI user guidelines, In those cases, the filter stops the generation until the prompt or image is adjusted to meet the guidelines.

If you’re unsure what might be causing the issue, you’re welcome to share your prompt + reference image, and I’ll be happy to help you adjust it so you can get the results you want.

    We're happy to help.

    Hi Hajar, thanks for replying.

The prompt i am using is:

the large people stood at the table are moving the bottles around in their hands while talking to each other as well as the small person stood on the table top. The small person is moving slightly making small gestures.

I’ve tried various iterations but none of them work. This is the image:

    Hi steveoodle
Thanks for sharing the prompt and keyframe image.

I edited the prompt and made 2 attempts using Sora 2 model, the first attempt failed with the same error as yours, so I had to re-try and collect logs to inspect what might be the root cause, except that in the second attempt I received a successful generation.

Since I wasn’t able to create a HAR file (collecting logs), please try to generate yours while collecting the data. If the generation failed please share the file and the original image you used in a .zip file (it’s very important to have the image in a .zip file to maintain it’s original details)

Note: No need to worry about credits, they’re only deducted once you click on ‘Generate’, but once the generation ends with an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance AFTER the error occurs.

Let us know how it went, we’re here to help.
