Problem with Seedance 2.0 and Kling 3.0

Every time I want to use these 2 models I have alert:

“You do not have access to this feature. You can contact the administrator to request access.”

 

I have admin account. FireFly Premium and Creative Cloude Pro licences. Im in the limits.

      Hi ​@Patryk+Młynarczyk,

       

      Are you on an enterprise or teams account? What you have access to on and enterprise account is what is available on your plan and what the administrator has authroised. My understanding is that Seedance is not available on enterprise accounts. The enterprise forum tends to have more expertise in administrative tasks for enterprise accounts. You might want to ask there.

      Could you try logging out of your Creative Cloud app and then log back in? This has helped me with this issue before.

      Are you on an Enterprise account? If so, you may not have access to Kling or SeeDance.
