Will do, but it seemed like a FF issue to me. Thanks, Nate.

    Hey @LAMY2017

    Pardon…

    How the Feature Uses Credits

When you use the Rotate Object feature, it communicates with Adobe Firefly to intelligently map and rotate your 2D layer as if it were a 3D object, then upscales the final rendering.

    • Generating the Angle: Converting your 2D layer into a rotatable object and rendering the final result uses a portion of your monthly generative credits.
    • Creative Cloud Plans: Most standard Photoshop plans come with an allotment of these credits.!
    • If you run out of credits:If you exceed your monthly credit allotment, you are generally still able to use the feature, but your processing and rendering times will be slower.

Quick Steps to Use It (You are already doing this.)
    1. Open your image in Photoshop and select the layer you want to rotate.
    2. Press Ctrl+T!   Cmd+T (Mac) to activate the Free Transform too
    3. On the Contextual Taskbarclick the Rotate Object!-- button
    4. Drag the on-canvas controls to tilt, rotate, or adjust the perspective
    5. Click Done to let Photoshop render the high-resolution version.
