SLOW AT LOADING FIREFLY AND AND THE PROGRAM IS REALLY SLOW

    firefly is two slow every video gernation through kling also a another video gen model taken time approx 20 min for output this was a so waste of time
    to long time taken by firfly to gernate a 5 second video even i tried through the kling modal i am on my trail period and i want to buy the service’s but this issue is pathatic and i am thinking what happnes if i buy service and this time taking issue remains

    Adobe Firefly, generating this takes a long time each time. Other tools can do it much faster, and they also deduct credits without giving you the finished video.

    For better performance, please try the following:

    • Clear your cache

    • Use a different browser

    • Open an incognito window

    I also want to clarify how credits are handled in Adobe Firefly:

    • Credits are deducted immediately when you click Generate.

    • If the generation fails and you see an error, credits are automatically refunded after the error occurs. This applies to all errors without exception.

    • If credits were not returned after an error, it usually means the generation did complete successfully. In that case, you can check under Your Stuff > Generation History to see if the video was stored there.

    I recommend reviewing your Generation History to confirm whether any outputs were saved.
