Hi everyone,

Beta applications are being approved on a rolling basis and you'll receive a confirmation email once you've been granted access. At this time we do not have an accurate estimate for when access will be granted. Thank you for your patience!

If you are having issues with logging in after you receive an approval email, ensure that you are logging in with the same email address with which you have registered.

Hi! I've been an Adobe customer for a while. I requested access to firefly and I've seen people get access that applied way before me. Any insights? I have very excited clients waiting...

Hello, recently I found that every time I try to refresh the Firefly webpage, during the refreshing process, the "Request access" button always turns into a usable beaker icon. However, after the refresh is complete, it turns back into "Request access" again.

I have recieved a "You're In!" email, and clicked the link sending me to adobe firefly, but it didnt think i was logged in. So, naturally, I pressed the "Log In" button. It then shows the screen where you enter your email address for only a split second before switching to a screen telling me my access has been denied. Why has this happened?

Please don't. The number of requests that you make have no bearing on your approval times. Hang in there!

"I applied for Firefly a long time ago, on March 23rd, but I received this message on April 11th and I don't understand its meaning. Was I accepted? Because when I tried to log in, I couldn't use Firefly."
