Hi,

I tried to create a video and there was a glitch, the bottom part did not appear like the rest of the video but the credits were taken, how do I get adobe to recredit them to my account so I can generate a new video, thank you,

Hello @Celestial_fantasy0826,

Thank you for your message.

Adobe will recredit if the generation failed with an error. That happens automatically after the failure happens (not always instantaneously). But the generally do not give credits when the generated video did not turn out as expected. Other AI image providers do not credit these kinds of generations, either. The problem is it is too subjective whether a generations is "good" or "bad", and by offering credits, it basically would move towards this idea: "I lose too many credits doing trial and error. The monthly cost should be based on downloads." That would change the economics of the service and likely increase credit rates.

It is generally best to plan that generations will take an iterative process to obtain what you want, and possibly could involve other tools to perfect the generations (Adobe Express, Premier Pro, After Effects, etc.).

My best,
