If you are on an Enterprise account, you may have limitations.
You would need to ask the admin to allow you to have access to certain features available on Firefly. There is some backend work that they would need to do to allow you access.
- Admin Activation: System administrators manage your access directly within the Adobe Admin Console. Even if a feature is globally available, an IT admin must explicitly allocate the proper product seat/entitlement to your managed identity. [1, 2, 3]
How to Get Access
If you are logged into your corporate profile and see a "You don't have access" screen or get redirected when trying to join a waitlist, try the following steps: [1, 2]
- Request Access in-App: Log into Creative Cloud on the Web using your managed business email, scroll down to the "Available by request" section, and trigger an automated request if configured by your firm. [1]
- Contact Your Local Administrator: Reach out to your internal IT department or Adobe software asset manager. They will need to adjust your profile permissions in the console or contact their Adobe account representative to upgrade the company’s current contract parameters. [1, 2]
