Adobe Firefly is generally unavailable in regions where Adobe services are restricted, including Russia, Belarus, and China. Additionally, access is restricted in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the regions of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

• Restricted Locations: Due to Adobe compliance, the tool is not available in Russia, Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, and the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
• Regional Restrictions: If you are located in a region where Adobe services are restricted, you may receive a "Firefly Not Available In Your Region" message.
• Workarounds & Support: If you believe you are in a supported location, Adobe recommends contacting Adobe Support.
• Account Settings: Adobe allows changing the country associated with your account, but this must comply with legal restrictions.

You will need to log into your Adobe Creative Cloud app and talk/ msg a representive. Your details and information is confidential in order to cancel your subscription. or correct any billing errors.
