Learner Transcript report subscription email has dropped link to full Learner Transcript report

The email notification I receive for the Learner Transcript report I set up no longer includes a link to download "the same report in Learner Transcript format".

Has the notification email changed, and why?  How can I ensure the report is available in Learner Transcript format as it was before?

      Hi @Elizabeth5CF1 , is this related to your previous inquiry (linked here)? There was a new release with some cool enhancements a week or so ago. I wonder if it UNDID some of your reporting setup? This is the first time I've heard of it happening. I'm so sorry this happened to you 😯.

      May I know how you have setup to receive the Learner Transcript in email?

      Is it a subscription report you are referring to?

      Hello

       

      Thank you for getting back to me.

       

      Yes, I have set up the report on a Dashboard (Custom Reports – Dashboard Reports), and have then set up a Subscription.  On the subscription, I was sure to enable the “Include Transcript” checkbox.

       

      However, it is still missing the body of the email that includes the link to the learner transcript.
