Hello,

I recently noticed that my bank account was charged for an annual Adobe Scan subscription. This purchase was made by me with the 7 days subscription and I've cancelled it on 11th before the renewal date. However they still charged the amt

I do not use Adobe Scan and did not authorize this subscription. I kindly request a full refund for this transaction and the immediate cancellation of the subscription.

Here are the details:

Date of charge: 12th November, 2025

Amount charged: 2650

Bank name: icici

Email used for the subscription: [P.I removed by Moderator]

Please advise on the next steps to process my refund.

Thank you for your assistance.

@yashu_6623 Honestly, I would look at your account. Did you purchase this on your mobile device may it be Google Play Store or Apple App store, you need to contact them directly. Adobe does not have access to your accounts and billings.

Here’s how to cancel based on your subscription type:

On Android: Use our automated cancellation form to submit your request. It only takes a few moments. On iOS (iPhone or iPad): To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions outlined in the help article.

You had mentiond that you downloaded a trial version, and even though you may not have used it, you still downloaded the trial version. Even though you cancelled in November 11th, it will also depend on time zones too. So, if you signed up on your local time, but their billing clock runs several hours ahead in your time zone, you may have missed the cancellation window according to their system, even if it was still the 11th for you.

For more information to cancel: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-scan-discussions/how-to-cancel-acrobat-mobile-or-scan-premium-subscriptions/td-p/15427706

Again, if this was done on your mobile device, you need to go through Apple or Google, and Adobe doesn't have access to your billings or accounts on those platforms
