Hi there, just wondering if you had any luck with cancelling your subscription? Ive found the same problem.. nearly impossible to cancel! Ive tried multiple times but gives me the run around every time, tells me to go via the samsung store to manage the subscription but absolutely no where is it available to cancel. Very disapointed in the ethics of this company.

I have spent the last 2 hours trying to cancel my subscription.  The cost of the subscription went up significantly and now I am 2 days into the new period and I cannot find a way to cancel.  Yes I went to help.  No there was no simple link to cancel.  No I can not get to my billing record to remove my card, Yes I have looked everywhere for a number to phone to get help!  No I do not see a working chatbot that cen help!!!

Is your product that bad that you have to make it near impossible to cancel?

@Allan310363888s53 We do not manage refunds on mobile subscriptions, as they're handled by the stores directly.

 

You might want to try the steps mentioned above to go forward with the refund.

No idea where you got the view that this is a mobile subscription?  I am trying to get rid of my current subscription with Adobe

I've tried for a full week to cancel subscription but it will not allow me. I've tried contacting someone but I've been given the runaround now they have charged me $79. I think they purposefully make it hard to get our money!
