I can't really believe to Adobe XD, long years I am using almost all main products of Adobe and I thought XD has the same quality but it is really far from. I am now understanding why lots of people recommend other software and not XD. I can't open my documents even. It is slow but most crashes and today I contact with support and he told me that 'the file is corrupted then' and he transfers my issue to senior developers and I am still waiting for the response ( I think this is expected ) but what not expected is Adobe XD is totally out of use.Any files what I try to open not working or working a few minutes and shuts down. I am thinking about my computer specs (as I give detail below) but it should be more than enough to use Adobe XD and all other software I can use without any problem. Really I would like to use it properly I hope somebody serious will help with that asap (even I tried to use in other computers result is the same). Am I the only people here which has this kind of pro

I cannot use the normal creative cloud or Adobe XD flash-based installers at my company. Flash-based installers are blocked by the network. Can I please get a direct download link for Adobe XD?

Hi, I'm trying to create a user testing prototype, but my XD sharing kept failing for no reason.I have tested it with smaller files, it also showed the same error message. I also tried switching to another network, updating the XD, reverting XD to older versions, restarting it, logging out my account and re-logged in. They all failed. I also tried changing my proxy setting, adding the whitelist domain name to my network setting, still nothing worked for me. I'm using a personal(student) account, and all my cloud files seem working just fine. (ps. I also tried publishing online with Indesign, it also failed and shows error code 18). My OS version: Mac Catalina 10.15.5

I'm installing Adobe XD in my windows 10, I'm using single free plan. After installation I was not able to use XD, first it showed not able to connect to server, when i tried for solution in adobe community I found one solution and tried deleting all crediential in credential manager. Now it starts closing by itself.Please help to fix this problem

Hi guys, I hope someone can assist with my small matter. I last did serious coding back in college a long time ago (maybe 2 dacades ago). Recently I took on a challenge of creating a website/prototype on the Adobe XD platform. So far I found it to be very efficient, I've even created my 3 good looking web pages. BUT I CAN'T LINK THEM. I'm thinking there should be a way of assigning a "button" to a call function at the "click event" which will open another form/ page like how we used to bo with Visual Basics. Kindly assist with a step-by-step solution to my problem (without using much of the jargon, LOL). Hoping to hear from you soon, Cheers (Musa).

I am wondering if it is possible to change the color of the comment bubbles on the share links? When sharing the links I use the comments to describe what changes we made on each screen and it would be very helpful to use color to categorize these comments. Right now all the comment bubbles are this weird yellow color (which also makes it a little hard for my color blind boss to see them sometimes.) I have tried to see if different team member comments would be different colors and they were not. Having this feature would also be helpful when trying to scan the comments to see what our BA thinks versus what our manager thinks versus design team members specifically. Being able to change the color could also help with urgency of things to be addressed. As you can see plenty of situations where this could be beneficial. I just need to figure out how to make it happen.  Let me know if there is a way to do this and I am just missing it, or if there is a better way to do the thing

I am creating a source cloud XD file for library components and cleaning up old documents so there can be a single source of truth document the team uses.I seem to be unable to remove linked colors from the asset panel. I want to unlink everything so I can re-link the new document and assets in the old documents. I don't have the option to delete the colors (and this also sometimes happens with linked components—I don't have the option to make local asset OR delete)See screenshot for the color example, and I should note that I did remove all instances of that colour from the file before trying to remove that colour asset.

This problem started a few updates ago; everytime you cycle through the fields by pressing Tab button, it always jumps right after hovering 'Lock aspect'. It skips the 'X position' and further, directly warped the selection to 'Enable/disable stack' checkbox (if the selected object is a group) or 'Opacity' field (if the selected object is a single item).Video proof attached.Edit: Similiar issue happened here, but my XD is already updated to the latest version. So either it's an old bug resurfacing or I need to reinstall it (again).Edit 2: Nope. Reinstalling doesn't work. Still jumped, even on newly made file.

I see the font list in adobe xd but is there any way for the fonts to preview (so I can see the actual style before selecting) in the list as I have in other adobe programs?

Hello,I have a problem for sharing my design (concerning the creation of a link), all my workplans are not selected (cf capture in attachment). It seems that it is only the workplans that contain jpeg (all the other workplans of my design that do not contain jpeg are selected for export). So if I export the design in pdf, everything is fine and I find all my workplans successfully.Thank you for your help

I'm working on a VUI multimodal concept and I lose the ability to use my microphone during desktop preview after I've previewed the prototype in a browser. If I completely restart my computer, desktop preview works again, but if I preview in a browser, then it stops working again.When I view the sound preferences panel, the microphone becomes unresponsive showing no input volume detected.Also in desktop preview, the little blue bar at the bottom telling me to hold the spacebar doesn't show up anymore. I think I may have closed it at one point and it's never come back again. I'm not sure if this is related or not.I'm on a Mac Mojave, with the latest version of XD.

Hi, I had no problem working on a prototype which I tested on mobile (my cellphone) and web (clients and coworkers). Today they told me that some components were not displaying correctly (missing) in their cellphones. What I could find as a point in common is that in my cellphone the screen covers up 100% of the view, while on their case they had to scroll to see the bottom part of the prototype. In the screens that had a component that made the user scroll (list of items, for example) the navigation bar does not show. In screens that there is not a scroll applied, for example detail of an item(via Adobe XD but scrolling from the browser itself) the navigation bar actually shows.Cellphone with scrollable list and scroll from the browser Cellphone with scrollable list and no scroll from the browserI never had this problem before, and only happens in this case. Hi I just updating my XD to latest version, but when I open my XD file it show notification missing font, I really really sure that font already installed on my Mac.anyone have same issue or how to fix it?Regardsx

when I export image as png or jpg like below,1x image is blurred, 2x image is clear.(even I changed option to design, ios or android, all images are blurred)above is 1x,below is 2x image.1x image is more blurred than 2x image even they are same size.I can't find any option to control 1x image quality.I use photoshop to make images in half always. it is too hassle.anyone knows how can I get better quality 1x image?

Hi everyone, I tried to share an Xd link through my instagram bio. When it is clicked on, it takes you to my prototype, but most of the wireframing is broken. I am unable to navigate through this link, but everything works fine if I test the prototype through Xd on my computer. It's also as if the link isn't updated, but i have tried updating it and creating a new one altogether.

J'ai retrouvé le lien qui m'a servi a le présenter mais je ne retrouve pas le fichier source pour le modifier. J'ai cherché dans le cloud mais rien trouvé non plus... Je commence tout juste avec Adobe XD et j'ai bien peur d'avoir fait une bétise ..  Le fichier s'affiche comme prototype, pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plait ? Bonne journée 

I found a bug in the latest adobe xd updateIt is that if we place two components with the hover effect on each other, then the upper component does not work, the hover effect only works on the lower objectChecked it on the product card, when you hover over the product card, it changed, and the button that was in it (layer above) when you hover remained the same   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I can only get one animation set to Time trigger. I selected the artboards title first just as directions state but still can't get the Time as an option for a 2nd overlay. Reviewed this thread an a couple others https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/time-trigger-not-showing-in-prototype-mode-in-xd/td-p/10119148?page=1 Pretty sure I'm doing it the same way I got it to work for the first animation. #quitefrustrating Can someone confirm or deny if it's possible to get TWO OR MORE TIME TRIGGERS from one artboard to two other artboards?

Hi guys. Yesterday I uploaded my Adobe XD and since then, when I try to create a link to share, all I get is an error 69:-1 (as in the image attached). I've already tried the TSL1.0, 1.1 & 1.2 solution, but it didn't work. My PC runs Windows 10 Home, my XD version is 23.1.32.2 and I have a Creative Cloud for teams license. (but none of my teammates have this problem). I'm accessing from Argentina.I would appreciate any help.

I have 20- 30 artboard created and linking together. But when I have master component and creat default and Child states. In child state I have few link in child state and tried to link with artboard. But it getting Freezed. can you please guide me how do I fixed this?
