Averdahl​ , It doesn't do anything, it stills thinks that my version is up to date. I have the same problem on the computer in my workplace which is linked to another account. I live in France so I think it hasn't been released here yet.

    I uninstalled v. 16 and then when that was done, I clicked on the little dropdown next to install, and selected "other versions." 16.1 was at the top. Clicked on that and it installed.

    , i have never heard that localized versions of updates are released later that the U.S version. All language versions use the same install file.

    The next step i would have done is either to wait and see if another person chimes in and say that i am wrong or uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app and install the latest version: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps
