Hello Community

I have 2 graphic cards in my computer. intel and nvidia.

i worked perfectly fine on PS, AI and AN but recently started to use AE- every time i open the after effects i get an error message saying my graphic card is not suttable.

i asked a computer technition and he said that AE only recognize my intel card but should recognize my NVIDIA geforce card.... we tried to change that but with no success... does anyone have a idea how to solve the problem?

Hi Anat0D4C,

Thanks for reaching out.

Could you share a screenshot of the error message? Is it the System Compatibility report? If so, it could be a driver-related issue. Check out more details: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-what-is-system-compatibility-report-in-after-effects-and-premiere-pro/td-p/11200108?page=1

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks,

Nishu
