"After Effect Error: Cinema 4D: Render Failed. 5070 :: 0".

Question

Hi,I'm new to After Effect. I'm trying to switch render from "classic 3D" to "Cinema 4D" in order to be able to use Geometry Options for 3D shapes. Unfortunately I get the following error massage:"After Effect Error: Cinema 4D: Render Failed. 5070 :: 0".What could be the problem? As I understood, the Cinema 4D software has been installed together with the installation of Afer Effect, and no further steps are necessary for the render to function properly. Am I wrong?Many thanks for your help!Shulamit
