Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out.

Before addressing the issue, I'd like to request if could you post the Premiere Pro question on the respective community for better assistance. Here's the link: https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/bd-p/premiere-pro

Please share the URL with us. We'll make sure the discussion gets followed-up and sorted out ASAP.

I can understand After Effects CC 2019 is crashing at the time of launch.

  • Has it ever worked fine before?
  • Did you try the suggestions provided by @Peru Bob, @Warren_Heaton?
  • Could you share your system details(OS version, RAM, GPU, CPU, etc)?
  • Your computer may have saved a log of the crash instances. Could you share them with us?

We're here to help.

Thanks,

Shivangi

Hi, thank you for your reply. I'm going to uninstal Adobe CC and use the CC cleaner and see what happens.
The day before yesterday it was working fine. It doesn't crash it simply freezes forever on the splash screen so no crash reports.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Were both AE and PR working as expected prior to this most recent attempt to launch them?

Or is this what's happening upon your first attempt to launch them?

If they were working as expected before, I'd take the time to uninstall them via Creative Cloud Desktop, restart, then reinstall one and make sure it opens as expected and then reinstall the other.

If this is your first attempt to launch them, double-check your system requirements.

Also is happening here. Freezes on the Slapsh Screen. Uninstaled, removed preferences, instaled and still freezes. Lame.
