Can Automation Blocks purge all memory & disk cache?

Hello fellow minions,

I'm wondering if Automation Blocks can access the Edit menu to purge all memory & disk cache.

I'd like to have a shortcut key that closes the current project and cleans house.

Super grateful for any ideas, thanks!

Short Answer:

Just use the block Execute Menu Command and enter as command the ID "10200".
