CEP couldn't be loaded

I've had After Effects for the past 3-4 years and I've had no problem with it. Now it says my CEP could not be loaded every time I try to open the application. I've reinstalled both After Effects and Creative Cloud but nothing works. I've even deleted all my plugins and cleared storage but nothing seems to fix it.

Unfortunately, I have a mac so it doesn't work 😞 I made sure it After Effects has access to everything though.
