Changing the color of the White line at the top of the UI

The only thing that's keeping many people from using the program on OLED/QDOLED monitors is

most likely that godforsaken white line at the top of the UI where it says "File Edit Composition etc.." and

stretches all the way until it burns the whole row of pixels from end to end.

If anyone has a way to invert the colors of that whole line - can you share?

And if adobe's employees are watching - it'd be great to change the color of that line to the color of the

dark UI by default. It would mean a great deal to many people.
