Display Issue to NTSC monitor after upgrade to Windows 10

We upgraded to Windows 10 a month ago. Since then, our JVC NTSC monitor doesn't display the video output of any Adobe app. It did before, when we were on Windows 7. What do we need to do to get it working again? Your help is greatly appreciated.
