DNxHD exports broken in 22.3 and 22.4 BLACK SCREEN

Seeing black screen when viewing your DNxHD in the quictime player or on a mac?

After several tests uninstalling and reinstalling I have come to the conclusion that 22.3 and .4 have something going on with DNxHD exports. It plays fine in all players EXCEPT Quicktime/Mac setups.

Clients requiring this codec come back with "your file is corrupted" because they only see a black screen.

This is reproducable. To fix roll back to 22.2 and the DNxHD export will play fine in Quicktime players/Mac workflows.

I’m sorry for the problem you’re experiencing. Could you please share your export settings for the DNxHD media? There are some changes in DNxHD support in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. You can read about that here.
