How To Convert File Format in AE?

Studying for AE certification test. One of the tasks is to convert an .MP4 file to a .MP3 file in AE. Any idea how to do that? Test is 10/30.

Legend

"Converting" always means rendering a comp, be it just with the footage added with no extra processing. These days of course one would simply use Media Encoder or extract the audio directly in Audition. anyway, study up on such basics as Rick suggested.
