Invest in some plug-ins like RevisionFX SmoothKit. The rest is just understanding how blending modes in AE work, lots of masking to isolate individual regions on multiple duplicate layers, color corrections and of course a reasonably good on-set make-up, good lighting and a good camera. This is really the master class level and you have to put in effort accordingly. A poorly shot scene won't turn into a beauty ad of this caliber.
