I am being charged twice for one subscription within the same month
I am currently subscribed to the adobe all apps annual subscription which charges me at the start of every month. So i got charged at the first of the month as usual i saw it in my bank statements and everything but then all of a sudden i get a warning on the 15th saying that a payment failed and i have to update it even though i already got charged at the start of the month. I tried contacting customer support but their AI is blatantly ignoring me. is there any other way i can stop this or at least get in contact with them?
