I can no longer change my Label Colors in the timeline.

I can no longer select my label colors in my composition timeline and change them. Does anybody know how to fix this? It is happening only in my timeline and not in my project window. I try and click or right click on the label color and nothing happens. They only way I can currently change a layer's label color is by going up to the dropdown menu and selecting the color from there. Please reach out if anyone has had this problem and might know a solution. Thank you
