Project file not working

I have been trying to open an after effects project file that was working fine a few hours ago but now it does this everytime I open it and after effects closes after. I tried dragging it into a different project and restarting my mac but it still won't work. I am on after effects 2022 and cannot upgrade. Anyone know how to fix this?

I already looked at that and reinstalled after effects which reinstalled that plug in and it still does not work. Not sure how to check for errors either

Does the project open when the third-party plugin is disabled?
