After Effects rendering in version 22.5 with M1 Mac after update is extremely slow. Did anyone else notice this too? The render is using only 16% of memory.

Yes, people have noticed this. This is a common bug that hopefully, Adobe will fix soon. Happens with most Macs when they should be powerful enough to run AE. https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/m1-mac-extremely-slow-solved-but-now-over-100-cpu-usage/td-p/12745078
