I've been getting this error when opening After Effects. I've tried all the suggestions on other forums and none of them work and I haven't been able to get any help from anybody or Adobe. I've tried reinstalling, ccleaner, and changing permissions to read & write.

Sorry for the issue. Could you let us know which version of After Effects are you currently working on (Here's how to check)? Please try creating a new user account and launching After Effects through that account. Let us know how it goes.
