When i import my mp4 files after effects turns them ınto avi on the project panel

In my old project files mp4s also seems as avi now how can ı fıx that wıthout clearıng cache or resetıng somethıng

Yes sir, seems like the only solution but i might be the one to mess up the codecs as i was trying to import mkv files
