애프터 이펙트가 26.0으로 업데이트 이후로 재생이 안됩니다.

당장 며칠 전에 25.6 으로는 잘만 되다가 26.0 버전으로 업데이트 이후에는 전혀 재생이 되지 않습니다.

프리뷰가 안되는 것은 아닙니다. 재생바를 이동시키면 화면이 잘 움직입니다.

저도 이제 애프터 이펙트 시작하는 유저인데 스페이스바 또는 키패드 0을 눌렀을 때 재생은 안되고 다시 키를 눌러 정지시켰을 때 1프레임 전으로 돌아가는 현상이 발생합니다. 프로그램 멈춤 현상도 아니고 빠르게 연타하면 1프레임씩 계속 움직일 뿐 재생이 안됩니다. 그래픽 카드 3060 사용중이고 플러그인은 전혀 없습니다.

I’ve seen this issue before. What version of After Effects are you using? What are your system specifications (CPU, RAM, OS version)? Usually, installing the OS and driver updates should fix this.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the issue. Can you try clearing the media cache and running After Effects in Safe Mode with third-party plug-ins disabled?
